Growing cauliflower

Cauliflower originated in southern Europe. They are not the easiest to grow plants that puts many off the idea not even attempt to try this tasty wonderful culture. The soil must be healthy, but requires that the earth is sweet, with a pH range of 6.5 to 7.5, deeply excavated, with a high fertility level. Any slowing of growth, such as insects, lack of water, heat or cold, may prevent the development of the head.

Soil Preparation

Sandy loam is best enriched with well rotted manure and compost in a proportion of a cube with m ². It is an advantage if you follow the crops of cauliflower paying as potatoes and peas; to this ground will be firmer and in good condition.
