We just picked up this satchel for $55 at the Steven Allen sample sale on Franklin Street in Tribeca. We would call that a solid markdown. It fits our laptop making it our new summer bag.

We thought they had stopped making classic bags our grandmothers would have been proud to wear. But Chloé's Kathleen Shoulder bag feels just as appropriate now (well maybe minus the price tag) as it would have in our grandmother's day. We feel more grown up just looking at it.

Alex sure knows how to work a trend making this Brenda bag just part and parcel of his amazing ability to both funnel and fuel hipster trends. Pink, washed out, and with a cross body chain this bag says I missed most of the 80s but that doesn't mean I'm not nostalgic.

This charming pleated Angie & Lola satchel is the perfect budget buy for a spring weekend bag. At this price range its not leather but PVC is long lasting and easy to clean meaning you can take this bag to kingdom come and back and all it takes is a wash cloth to wash up.

If $20 of the cost of this tote didn't go to the U.N World Food Program we would be very confused. Actually we are confused why at least $50 isn't going towards helping hunger as it is quite literally made of burlap. That's right, you are going to pay $60 for a burlap sack. Its great for carrying groceries home from Whole Foods while feeling smug.
